As a certified Professional Property Stager, I provide clients with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to showcase their property and sell their home faster.
My extensive knowledge of the market and surrounding neighborhoods allows me to keep clients informed of the latest trends and opportunities. My approach is simple but effective: I listen carefully to clients' needs, stay up-to-date on the latest financial options, and leverage my expertise to find the perfect home at a price clients can afford.
As a Realtor®, I am committed to continually educating myself on the market and the real estate industry, earning designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), and Certified Professional Property Stager (PPS).

Regan graduated from Ball State University with a BS in Interior Design. Her previous experience as a residential/commercial interior designer enables her to help her buyers envision the possibilities of homes they view while providing her sellers with the best advice on how to update their homes for the market in the most cost-effective way.
As a certified Professional Property Stager, Regan has a keen eye for detail and the necessary tools and strategies to showcase a property to sell faster.
In her free time, Regan enjoys nature walks, playing tennis, or practicing yoga. She currently resides in Montgomery with her husband and three daughters.
